Shane Taylor
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Shane leads Second Tide’s field operations, site visits, project quoting, and hands-on work.
Known for his practical problem-solving, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Shane approaches every property with care and a commitment to completing the job properly. He works closely with clients to understand their priorities, explain the recommended work, and keep projects moving from assessment through completion.
Jessie Taylor
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Jessie leads client experience, business operations, project coordination, marketing, and community partnerships.
With more than 20 years of experience across operations, customer service, business development, community services, and project leadership, Jessie brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-centred approach to every project. Her trauma-informed background also helps shape Second Tide’s respectful support for seniors, families, and clients navigating difficult life transitions.
